I’ve been waiting ages for these to come out and although I’m eligible to add an accessory to my account (on the phone they say I’m eligible for the most expensive accessory you do and I don’t currently have any accessories on my account) for some reason when I try to order these it just takes me back to the log in page repeatedly (it does the same with any console), I tried ordering on the phone but they said although I’m eligible for them I can only order these online, I’ve even spent over an hour on the phone to tech support to try to fix the ordering issue online. Absolute nightmare. Just want to order them. Please.

I was told B they were not even able to order them in at all..

I'm sorry to hear you were given incorrect information when you visited an EE store.
Any EE store can place an order using their 'Sales plus' system.
