Why EE asking for my pins on sport

• I've already got sport package sky sport & tnt 

It asking for my pins 

Thought don't need a pins 

It changed from tnt sport to hbo box

Can you tell me a bit more about when it is asking for a PIN? Is it the first time you're activating it, for every log in etc?

Is this on your mobile or are you using EE TV?
