Where is the service?

What happened? Your service is terrible. You got rid of your staff, made everything automative which doesn't help, you have no connectivity and have the bloody cheek to put your prices up!!! I eventually got someone in your chat and they didn't have a clue. I told them of the Roaming charges going up which I recvd by text from EE and they told me it was a scam.

Welcome to the community.

Did you receive a text message about the Roam Abroad pass? From 18th October the Roam Abroad Pass will increase to £25. This will apply to new and existing EE customers. We're reflecting increasing costs in providing the ability to roam for our customers

People with Smart Plans or inclusive extra's will continue to benefit from the pass.

That is extortion! How can your prices keep going up and your service get worse. How can O2 do the roaming for free and EE keep putting the prices up?

Have you looked into switching to a plan that incudes the Roam Abroad Pass as an Inclusive Extra?

@Janiecham   That’s probably because o2 has a price increase of 17+% this year.     Roaming is optional but I do think £25 per month is a bit rich
