When can I get an add to plan item?

Hi there. When can I get an add to plan item? If I took out my contract on the 17th November, will I be eligible by 17th Decemeber? Or is it 30 days? Or longer? Thank you for any help x

You can add up to 3 Add To Plan accessories within the first 17 months of your Pay Monthly plan. This is dependent on your credit score and your payment history with us, so it would be best to speak with our team, as this is account specific.

@Jaydev94 give it till the 18th of December and you’ll be good.
