Was the TNT addon SIM only/Unlimited Full Works discounted?

Hi, I was looking to swap over from O2 a week or so ago, I could have swore the Unlimited Full Works package with TNT sports was heavily discounted @ £28 a month, which is now @ £48. 

I can't see it now, does this discount come around often? Or am I making it up? Was only interested in that Addon, the other options are a bit naff.

It was a deal, as part of their winter sale. I switched to take the offer. 

The offer was replaced with the all rounder plan.
