Hi there,
I had BT Sport as part of my EE package and now its been updated to TBT Sports. I'm trying to activate using my email and password but it's not working.
Can anyone assist?

Hi,
I am also having the same issue, I’ve got a BT sports package but since that’s merged with TNT sports wouldn’t i automatically get the TNT sports but on my account it says I don’t have a subscription for TNT sport, I’ve gone on EE app and activated it but I still don’t have it? Does anyone know why not?

I’ve tired clicking on that link to activate but I keep round in circles or I’m being asked to subscribe 29.99?

Hi @Fosman1,
That would usually indicate that it isn't active on your EE account as an inclusive extra.
Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can make sure it has been successfully added as an inclusive extra on your account.
