I’ve chosen Xbox Ultimate for my inclusive add on. And yet every time I try and activate it, the website always seems to crash and have “technical difficulties”

is there any way to redeem it so you can get your code other than online. I’ve tried calling customer services but can’t get past the bot.

I've seen a few complaining about this on Twitter. And a few complaining that the TNT Sports won't activate either. I may just opt for the lesser package without inclusive extras.
