EE perks verification email not arriving

Hi, 

I'm trying to register for EE perks as an NHS employee, though the email to verify my email address isn't coming through. The option to send a photo of my ID badge has gone from the screen too, with my only option being to ask for the email to be resubmitted. I've clicked that option a few times now but haven't received the email. 

I'd appreciate any help with this.

I would love to help get you registered with EE Perks. 

Could you please confirm if you have checked any Spam/Junk folders?

Thank you. Yes  I have. It's not arrived in either of those folders.

Are you able to try registering with your personal email? you should then see the option to upload your work ID as proof.

Unfortunately not. It says the details are already registered for EE perks.

Hi, 

I've been trying to reply to a message on the community forum, though it's not letting me log on now. It's saying it can't link my account.

Sorry, it's not enabling me to log in. I'm sure I'm entering the right password, though have clicked the 'forgot password' option, just in case I'm wrong. However, that's not triggering an email to me! I'm stuck in a bit of a loop. 

This is my work email though. Could this be taken as proof of my eligibility please?
