I’m trying to upgrade my phone with a friends and family code but it’s not working, the dude on the phone was complete and utterly useless and couldn’t tell me why it wasn’t working? Managed to apply it but it took my early upgrade discount off has anyone been able to ever get in touch with someone who works there who actually knows how customer services works there’s no way after being a customer since 2008 that I’m paying an early upgrade fee to use my friends and family discount with a company who already charge 40% more than their main competitors. Does anyone know how to get in touch with a supervisor?

Thanks that’s what I thought but Before I use it I’d like to be able to get in touch with someone of authority to get the early upgrade fee refunded

@TapperRach you will need to speak with the upgrades team on 150 to discuss your early upgrade fee.

Thanks I already have … their response use the online chat there’s nothing they can do … is there even an online chat? I’ve filled a complaint but just going round in circles!

@TapperRach they won't remove the early upgrade fee and allow you to use the f&f code unfortunately it's one or the other.
