Hello 

I cannot remember my password for EE Perks and I have tried for days to reset the password but I am not receiving the email and I have checked my junk.  I have tried sending it to a different email address and I am not receiving that either.  I have tried to send it to my NHS Mail and this is not working either.  I have run out of options and I do not want to miss the 20% discount on my ee account.  I do have a code for the 20%.  Can you advise.

If you already have a code, you just need to add it to the voucher/discount section when you're checking out.
