Hi,

My plan is coming to an end soon so checked my online account for upgrade phone during Christmas. I am with EE since 15 years and have 3 lines.

There was a good deal on iPhone 14 with locality + Trade in offer but in my hindsight, I called 150 to see if they can find/offer cheaper than online…. They couldn’t find the offer and asked me to send a screenshot…. Which I did but then they started going in circles … I told them I will wait for January offers..

I logged in again today and seems my loyality (20%) is now removed and all offers are same as you see without login …. Not sure if they have done something to my account but I am not happy at all….

anyone else encountered similar issue?

@AJ2023  A loyalty offer isn’t a permanent offer it can be removed. EE or any network can terminate offers once your contract is up, even if you had of upgraded when it was still showing it could have been removed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

my contract is due to finish in 2 weeks time so not sure, why loyalty discount is removed but it is what it is…. Time to look for other networks, I guess
