when i log on i get a message which says
thanks for your loyalty!

treat yourself early

get 100% off early upgrade fee. theres never been a better time to upgrade. 

then i click on the upgrade early button and it takes me to a page which clearly states i will have a £52 upgrade fee :D.  what is the point of the first message!?!?

@Billystew   Is that the upfront cost of the new device/tariff?   If it is you’ll always have to pay that.   The free upgrade bit is you don’t have to pay off your current contract.
