Hi, not sure if I'm missing something but when I signed up for Fibre 900 in the blurb it said I would get 12 months Xbox Game Pass if I was also a mobile customer (which I have been for a good few months before taking the fibre).
I've not had any notification about the 12 month freebie, either by email or text and when I log on to myEE it wants £10 a month for the Game Pass.
Just wondering if I'm missing something obvious?

Welcome to the community.
You should receive an email up to 14 days after connection. Has it been more that 14 days?
May be worth checking your spam/junk folder too.

Yes @Christopher_G , the fibre has been on since 13th July and I am pretty religious when it comes to checking my email (and junk), nothing has arrived. I've had EE mobile since Dec 2021.

I'd recommend speaking to our customer care team so that they can look into getting you a code sent through manually.

@Christopher_G , I've just tried the chat but they say they only have access to mobile accounts and can't help me on the chat and gave me a number to phone.
I have to say I'm not finding this very customer friendly, this incessant need to have to speak to someone on the phone to sort such a simple thing out.
There surely must be a way to find out what is happening to my game pass without having to phone? It seems crazy that I can sign up and get the whole thing set up without the need to speak to anyone, but when a little problem arises that's the only way to solve it.

Same issue. Signed up to the fibre 500 package. I saw when I purchased it said I'd get 6 months of Gamepass.
Had it for a month already and nothing.
They don't seem to eager to give out these code's do they.
