Upgrade due - Apple Arcade/Music with Samsung

I'm due an upgrade, the add-on offered has Apple Arcade, which says Apple phones only, however I currently have Apple Music on my Samsung, as part of my current contract. Does this mean I will lose Apple when I upgrade to Sim Only?

@NicciC  Apple Music is available to android devices you just can not have Apple Arcade as that’s Apple devices only.

Thanks @Chris_B  That is not an add on option, so I'm concerned if I select it, it won't work. So you are saying it will?
