Hi, I recently upgraded my phone/contract with EE and the offer said there would be a cashback/gift. However, now that I have upgraded these 'offers' are no longer showing as my account shows as already having upgraded.
I'm still within the 14 days cancellation period. How do I know what I'm entitled to claim?
