How do I update my email address for my ee perk account? My email address is set to the previous hospital trust I used to work at and so I no longer have access to this account. I am therefore unable to complete the forgotten password link to login.

I think you might need to register again under your new work email rather than change the old one.

If you have a new company email address, you can absolutely re-register with this like @Northerner recommended.
Alternatively, if you only have a personal email address now, you can use this and then provide a photo/scan of your work ID badge to verify too.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to do that but i think because I have to put in my phone number that it links it back to my old account so won’t let me reregister. How do I get round this?
