Hi I cannot log in to ee perks with my password. I have tried to reset password. It says it has sent an email but it has not arrived. I’ve tried on two different devices. I’ve checked spam folders. I’ve emailed ee complaints but they haven’t responded. I want to order a new phone today. Can anyone help please?

I have the same issue, I was responded to by Katie, waited over 24 hours for the account to be reset and nothing! I messaged both privately and on the forum on another chat and still had no reponse.
it’s crazy that people have complained about this issue for over 3 years and it still exists

I have a similar problem, tried to reset and won’t send to my email. I have changed my work email but it won’t let me re-register
