I have received the text message asking me to activate the extra however after entering my details and the one time pin I get the error
We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.
I have tried multiple times and get the same thing. What may be causing this? I did have this as an inclusive extra in the past, does that have any bearing on it?

Have you selected TNT Sports as an inclusive extra and received a text to activate?
If so, are you connected to WiFi when completing the set up?

they did not send any text. I asked for but nothing. the link lead me to bt account, but I do not have a bt account..... so frustrating
