Unable to activate TNT Sports inclusive extra

I have received the text message asking me to activate the extra however after entering my details and the one time pin I get the error

We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.

I have tried multiple times and get the same thing. What may be causing this? I did have this as an inclusive extra in the past, does that have any bearing on it?

I managed to get this resolved in the end, I had to log into my BT account separately then access the activation link from EE within the same session.

After that it seemed to redirect me correctly to the discovery+ login page and activate the offer.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes I have. As mentioned, at the final stage where I need to verify my EE account after I enter the one time PIN I get the error message in the original post.

Do you have a BT ID that has been set up with EE using BT Sport?

Yes I had that extra previously so would’ve set up a BT ID then.

Are you able to try activate using your BT ID HERE?

Unfortunately not, I get the message:

TNT Sports account not recognised

In order to gain access to discovery+ with your BT account you need to have an active subscription to TNT Sports.

In this case I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our technical care team on 150.
