I’ve got a SIM only plan with BT Sport as an extra.
I think it has worked for a week in 3 months and I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving !
The BT.com website says that I have the service and has accepted my log-in details but I still can’t watch the programme. What is wrong and can I get a refund for the poor service ?

My BT Sport now works on mobile data because it recognises the EE network ! It won’t work on WiFi because that is supplied by Sky. Hope that can help someone else- all the best

@Woody762 That’s strange as I can watch over any ISP Wi-Fi on my phone and my tablet that doesn’t have an EE sim in it I just log in to the same BT sport account.

Ive had mine 2 years an its never let me on it ive been paying 30£ a minth for nothing but sim only
