Trouble with BT sport

I’ve got a SIM only plan with BT Sport as an extra. 
I think it has worked for a week in 3 months and I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving !

The BT.com website says that I have the service and has accepted my log-in details but I still can’t watch the programme. What is wrong and can I get a refund for the poor service ?

This error is usually fixed by deleting the app and re-downloading it. Could you give that a try please? 

If it doesn't work, have a chat with our technical support team and they will look into it further.

Have tried that every night with no success have complained to EE who
immediately closed the case and rung the techies about 2 months ago. It
worked for a bit then stopped again. Evidently messaging them is currently
unavailable - how’s that for a comms company !

Sent you those details but have heard nothing. 
The weird thing is that I can never get any coverage before a match finishes but it sometimes is ok to show the highlights after 22-00!
