I recently created and moved to a new Apple ID as I got a MacBook Pro and wanted to have a fresh start with it. I still have an iPad with my previous Apple ID logged in.
The issue is, I'm needing to transfer my Apple One add-on to my new Apple ID but I don't know how to do it. I have tried using the digital assistant for help - no luck. I tried managing the add-ons and changing it manually - no option for that. I keep seeing "contact EE" or "contact Apple support" - which I tried doing and was redirected to EE as it's managed through my EE plan.
Any ideas?
Note: My previous iCloud account will be retired once Apple One has been transferred to the new account.. so I need this sorted asap.
