Trade in offer

Hi,

i completed a phone upgrade and took the option to Trade in my old hanset. I'm not sure how i go about returning the old handset. As a couple of days after the order i got a text asking me to send my old handset to:

EE Limited, Channel Returns, Mercia House, Senhouse Road, Darlington, DL1 4YB

but ee have sent me the pre paid return label that has a different address in Crewe to a place called "Likewize" which shall i send it to?

@Sundayonly  You call customer services about this.   But it  should go to likewize.   Just call to double check through.
