Hi @Royalowl48
Following on from the advice above, @Northerner has shared a really handy link and this shows compatible devices. Do you want to have a look through the steps to get this and make sure you have a compatible TV?
As @Lesley_W has suggested, as long as you can get access to the app this should should work for you.
If you want any further support though, please contact us and one of our Guides will be more than happy to double check everything with you.

Thanks for this. Finally got the link to work but it turns out it was a very misleading and generic text from EE. It didn't state that the trial only works on an Apple device. I have a Samsung TV and phone so in effect there is no free trial whatsoever. Not very impressed to be honest, after spending an hour trying to get the App to work.

Hi @Royalowl48
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry you couldn't get this working, was this the Apple TV+ trial? This should be compatible if you have the app to log in. Did you speak to a guide when setting this up?

On the rewards section the offer is there, but it says it is only available on apple devices. My phone is Samsung and my TV is Samsung so it looks like I can't access the offer unless I have an Apple phone, Ipad or TV. I wanted to use the offer on my Samsung TV.
Am I misunderstanding what it says?

Thank you to everybody on here who took the time and effort to offer your advice and knowledge. I have got the free Apple trial to work on my TV and I am now a very happy bunny. Thanks again.

The link shared above explicitly says "Requires a compatible mobile device using the iOS or Android operating systems or another compatible device", but as you've found out this offer only works on Apple devices.
Which is of no use to me either.

Mine has worked from my Samsung phone and on my Samsung TV, ignore the apple devices part, it's not correct or at least it wasn't for me.

Good to hear, and worth a try.
Although my EE is very clear that it won't...
