Not sure if anyone can help or has had similar, I've had a previous tech add on and finished payment on it 2 months ago but then another tech add on of £31 a month appeared on my last bill when I haven't got anything else added to it. Spoke to customer services and they said they removed it as they were unsure why it was added. But it is still showing up as I have one and won't allow me to try and add something to it now.
Any idea ? Or is it just my account playing up

@Mattpthompson9 You’ll have to speak with customer services about this. When did you call and inquire about this last payment as it usually takes 24 hours for an account to update when there is a change.
You also have to be within the first 17 months of your contract to purchase from the add to plan store to pay for it monthly.
