Having the same issue as many others on the forum trying to get TNT Sports activated.
short history…
I had bt sport as an inclusive extra until mid July, when I switched to free roaming inc. extra for my summer holiday.
when I got back to uk in August I switched my inclusive extra back to - what is now - tnt sport but have never been able to access it.
I started by trying the ee.Co.uk/tnt sports link but was met with the “looks like there’s nothing to activate” message.
I have also tried the bt.com/sport/discovery-plus link but my old bt id isn’t recognised.
I’ve also never been prompted to set up a discovery plus account.
I’ve spoken to three different people at the ee exec. complaints department - who, like others on this forum, have told me that I should be grateful as the package is free!!
Having spent the best part of 15 hours on the phone over the last 6 weeks I find it incredible that a tech company is so clueless and am going to complain to ombudsman to try and get my contract cancelled f.o.c.
any thoughts / advice / comments welcome. Thanks N

Hi @Nmj1943
Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you've had this problem activating TNT Sports.
It sounds like you've followed the correct steps. Are you using the discovery+ app? What happens when you try to log in?

That (I think) is part of the problem. None of the links I’ve ever followed, or anything that we had told me to do, has prompted me to setup a discover plus account.
I do have an active d plus account with a separate email address (which connects to my Sky account) but the email/login I use for ee has never been registered with discovery plus

That's what this Activate discovery+ link should do, as I understand it, @Nmj1943. It should link your BT account, then ask you to set up a new discovery+ username and password.

Yes I’ve tried that link too @Christopher_G but I just get the message “TNT Sports account not recognised”
Any further thoughts?

Hi @Nmj1943
If you log into the My EE app, which add-on shows active as your inclusive extra?

hi @Leanne_T
TNT Sports on Discovery plus is my inclusive extra.
The tech support people at ee have tried on multiple occasions to take it off my anccount and add it back on again to see if that works, but to no avail.
I have also been told to try texting sport to 150 but that hasn’t worked either as it says that TNT sports is already selected as my inclusive extra.

Thanks @Nmj1943
What happens if you try and log into the discovery+ app using the BT ID?
Just to check at the moment can you access the BT Sport app with the BT log ins?
Leanne.

Hiya,
I’ve been having these issues constantly for about a month.
I decided to try one last time, the one way I haven’t done it before which was disabling Wi-Fi.
Went via the link from the text in 150 and it worked. Might be worth trying that way if you haven’t.

It doesn’t recognise my old bt login on discovery plus @Leanne_T - presumably because I’ve never had the opportunity to set up a disc. plus account with that email address/credentials
