I applied an EE perk to my upgrade which hasn't been fulfilled on my recent bill. I am now on the second month into a 24 month contract. Unfortunately I did not notice it had not been applied for month 1 as i received a reduced bill which looked to be formed of partial charged due to the changeover from old to new.
My EE perk account shows the code i used on this as "order complete" so therefore should be applied.
How can i get this rectified?
