hi there,
I haven’t yet found a solution to this problem despite lots of searching on here.
I have a code that is valid I have a sim only contract, I am trying to upgrade to a 15 Pro Max 256g with unlimited Data £38pm plan.
when I add the code in the box close to checkout.
it says code not valid. I have tried everything discussed except calling as it says on the e mail it will only work online at ee.co.uk.
as far as I am aware there is no other discounts.
many help would really be appreciated, this seems to be a massive problem from the amount of threads relating to it.
but like I say, I haven’t found a solution.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues redeeming your friends and family code.
Please report this to the employee who gave you the code so they can raise the issue to our friends and family team via their colleague products intranet site.
