TNT sports error after switching extra to roaming and back

Hi,

I switched my inclusive extra from then BT to roaming and now back to TNT.  It tells me on ee that it's active but on TNT it says i need an active subscription to watch. Tried all sorts but can't find a solution. The most common error code i get is NCE-005 Sorry, we are unalbe to complete your request.

Don’t really care anymore to be frank.  Got knocked from pillar to post trying all there is to try between EE BT, thought u was one and the same, clearly not and Discovery.  No one knows the solution please take the package off my number I don’t want it

I had the same thing happen to me and found texting ‘sport’ to 150 (EE) worked; I got below message/ link and followed the next steps (provided below)

Looks like you already have TNT Sport, Sports, TNT Sports, Sport, BT Sport, TNT, BT Sports, Large Screen and Casting as an Inclusive Extra.

Go here to activate if you haven't done so already.

To swap this for another Inclusive Extra reply SWAP.

From here you request a pin then enter it and activate (try a few times after 10 min period, if it doesn’t work initially, took me a couple weirdly).

From there, once TNT sports is activated then your linked to set up /or sign into Discovery + app (it will link your existing Discovery + profile if you have it, just sign in). 

And et voila, finally this worked for me! Hoping it does for you too!
