TNT sports and Discovery + account removed without permission

I received a text message from EE saying that my subscription to TNT sports had been removed by mistake and would be reinstated as it was an error on their behalf. I am awaiting another message from them when this is completed, that was over a week ago and I am still waiting??

Hi my tv keeps buffering never had so many problems thinking of returning back to sky tv /broadband and cancelling EE
