TNT sport ultimate not working

Hi, i have the tnt sport add on as can be seen below, it has been working for a couple of weeks now but i have been unable to access the ultimate channel since swapping over from BT sport app, is there someone who can point me in the right direction? I have tried on a 2023 LG Oled, 2022 LG Oled and hdr does not work on our ipad pro or iphone. Thank you

I've taken out TNT Sports as an inclusive extra and one of the features that it lists is that it includes 4k and dolby atmos. When I took the sim deal out with this inclusive extra I was told continuously that the service would remain exactly the same as the BT sport add-on and that it would just be a name change.

I'm using the discovery+ app on Apple TV 4K device and I can't find TNT Sports Ultimate anywhere, I can't find any option to watch a main sports event (like Bayern vs Man United) in 4K. My question is does the TNT Sports inclusive extra even include TNT Sports Ultimate and if yes, how do I access it? I can watch TNT Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4 all fine but just no option to watch in 4K.

Thought I had to same issue, then I noticed today that live content is given two options UHD and standard!

Haven't seen this UHD tag on the Apple TV box or the Sky Stream box, what device are you using for discovery+ ?
