Code not working and can't get new code.

Thanks for coming here. 

Do you get an error message when you try and use the perk code?

Just says "code not recognised". I have asked in a EE shop and they could not help.

Can't get a new code, get a error message on the perks sit as well

How long ago did you last log into your perk account? 

Which company do you work for?

Code was only generated on the 20/09/23 and have no problems with logging on.

I work for Avon and Wiltshire mental health trust, NHS.

I would suggest giving us a call on 150, the team can check the code for you and see if this can be applied to the plan and phone.

The EE have looked and can't help, don't want the mucking around, contract is up soon, so will probably just move on. Thanks
