I have the TNT inclusive extra yet can’t access it, I’ve tried using the link provided by EE but had no luck as it says the network is experiencing issues. I have also tried speaking to discovery+ and had no luck with them either. Has anyone else had this same problem?

Could you try clearing your web browsers cookies and cache and try to activate your subscription again?
Also, if you are connected to WiFi could you try using mobile data, does this work for you?
