TNT Sports with EE Pay Monthly tariff

Hi,

I'm a pay monthly EE customer with BT Broadband.

I've just discovered that I can watch TNT Sports through Discovery Plus with EE.

On the Discovery Plus web site, it says 'Current Pass discovery+ via EE Your EE promotion has been applied to your subscription.' but I was wondering if I'm being charged for it on top of my monthly EE charge.

Thanks

Paul

Hello @paulliverpoolfc

The easiest way to see all of the available add-ons is to log in to My EE:

  1. Login to My EE
  2. Go to Add-ons & Benefits
  3. In Device, select the number you’d like to view the add-ons & benefits for.

this will let you if it’s chargeable or free or if it’s a free trial.

I can't see TNT Sports under my list of add-ons and underneath, it gives me the option of adding it for £20 a month.

Thank you for the extra information!

this help page might hold more information for you.

but yes it’s normally an extra charge of £20.

thinking it’s more relating to the broadband side.

I know you mentioned it’s BT Broadband but have you recently renewed your contract at all?

we could have a look at this well >

does it show here?

Hey there @paulliverpoolfc

Welcome to the EE Community 😁

If you have one of our All Rounder or Full Works mobile plans, you can choose TNT Sports as your inclusive extra

Like @FIZZYLP mentioned you can check this out via your account, or also by sending us a text with PICK to 150.

Alternatively, there's a chance that it may be on the BT side that you're receiving this; from personal experience I have it selected as my EE extra, but when I log into my BT Broadband account I can see it's an option as part of my TV package too.

Yeah @Peter_W that’s what I’m thinking it’s on the BT side as doesn’t appear to be linked it his EE Mobile Account.
