Just been shunted to EE by BT and as a frequent traveller I/we use our phones in the EU regularly.
Try to have an add on and we get this "

Is this a frequent issue as I might be able to change my mind about coming to EE?

Are you in the UK?
Have you made sure that you have roaming enabled on your account?
Why not ring customer service they should be able to take a look for you?
When did you transfer to EE from BT?

- EE APP - We can't load your information in EE app and website
- DPD Couriers Stealing in W10 London Postcode in Orders
- EE Webpage will not load / pair broadband account in EE app and website
- App not loading bill or package information in EE app and website
- We can't load this information. in Contracts & Billing
