Still waiting Perks

Been trying for days to access Perks for NHS code , uploaded work pass on Sunday, still no verification 

Had preciously tried logging in with NHS email to no avail 

What's going on EE?

Thanks for coming back to us. 

Did you register using the work email or personal email? 

If you used your personal email did you leave the work email option blank when you uploaded the photo ID?
