Smart Benefit M365 How to activate

So I have chosen M365 as my Smart Benefit but I did not receive a message for the code to activate it.

Does the Inclusive Extra show in your EE app add-ons? 

How long ago did your plan start?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

My Plan started in February 2022 but only recently tried activating the 365 Smart Benefit and yes it does show the Inclusive Extra in my EE App Add-ons

You should have received a text with a link to redeem your subscription when you first activated your inclusive extra.

If you no longer have the text, please get in touch on 150 so a member of the team can resend it for you.
