Hi.

 

I bought a Samsung s24+ at the end of January with an offer on pre order of a Samsung watch.

I have yet to receive any information regarding the watch and was told when I asked that it would be dispatched automatically. 

To date nothing has arrived.  The threads I have found say its automatic.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated

Welcome to the community.

We had an offer in January where customers pre-ordering the Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra between 17 January - 25 January could claim a Samsung Galaxy Watch6.

The Samsung Watch needed to be claimed through Samsung directly on their claims portal, but the last date to claim was 29 February.

I understand on your post that you're saying you were told that it would be dispatched automatically, it may be worth calling our Mobile Care team to see if they can look into this.
