Hi, I am trying to log into my EE Perks account however it states it is deactivated and they appears to be no simple way to reactivate. Can anyone advise how to reactive my account?

Hi, 

 

This issue has happened to me to - registered and followed the email authentication link only to get the account deactivated message. Any solution would be appreciated, thanks!

I am also have the same problem, not used since i upgraded 2 years ago but now cant log in, when i try to register it says i already have an account but im unable to access it. 
i also have a new nhs email so need to also update this.
