Samsung promotions

So I did the Samsung promotions with the phone I purchased and was told within 45 days to get the cashback today's day47 and still haven't recieved it.have done a live chat and rang them with no compassion or help what so ever. Anyone else not recieved there's.

Was samsung I'm taking it further now to the papers as ive had enough my son did his after mine and has recieved his payment. I'm fed up with getting palmed off with all the excuses.today the lady has said it will be in by tomorrow morning we will see.

With the claim being processed direct from Samsung I would recommend awaiting the call back. 

Should you not receive this by tomorrow please come back and let us know and I will be able to look into this further for you.
