Hello, I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and there is currently an offer for free earbuds. When I go to the Samsung website to claim, I have to enter an invoice number. However, neither the order confirmation email, nor any of the documents I received to my EE account contain an invoice number. Can anyone help?

You'll need to submitted the invoice which you'll need to obtain from EE CS on 150.

What is the retailer name to enter on the Samsung site to claim the buds? There's no EE Limited listed as a qulifying retailer.

Are you trying to claim at Home - Samsung Promotions (samsungoffers.claims)?
EE was showing in the dropdown menu when I checked.
