S25 pre order not yet delivered

Hi, 

I preordered the S25 on 31st Jan, and have not yet received the device. The info on the tracking just says 'your order is on track' but I haven't seen anything else for quite some time.

I chose this device because of the deal to add on the Watch7 onto it but I am now concerned that the device won't come in time to claim the Watch7 offer. Please can you advise what EE's standpoint is on this offer if the device is still not here by 20/02/25

Great, it may be worth contacting Customer Service to see if you'll be able to order the watch7 now, as they'll be able to see the S25 order already on your account.
