Hi!

I am abroad at the moment. I have set a £0 spending cap and turned off data roaming on my EE settings. However my £2 per day “add-on” is still active on my account.

Can I rest assured I won’t be charged this £2/day fee if I’ve taken the measures outlined above?

@PaulGrindlay  That add on is free to have its only when used you are charged the £2 per day. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You'll only be charged £2 on any day that you actually use any of your allowances while abroad. However as you have a £0 spend cap you can't even do that.
