Roam further charges for call in mexico

• Hello, I am on holiday in Mexico and have activated the roaming further add on. On arrival to Mexico, I had a welcome text from ee welcoming me and saying that I can use my data and plan as I would in the UK. I then revived a subsequent text from ee saying I would be charged £2.05 a minute for calls (receive and send). What applies here? I feel like I have sold a useless add on

@Safestu  If the add on is showing on your account you are covered by that add on.   EEs standard text message that are automatically generated doesn’t know you have this add on.
