Does Rest of World add on allow text messages from the US into the UK whilst being in Brazil?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

I got it! You mean the Rest of World IDD add-on? IDD stands for International Direct Dial. That's for making calls from the UK to non-UK nos. It's no use to you in Brazil.
As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/brazil .

Eh? How can you be in Brazil while sending from US? Explain!
Which add-on is "Rest of World"?

Hehe- I won't be sending from the US whist in Brazil, I would be RECEIVING texts from the US - whilst in Brazil and sending to US whilst in Brazil - although using my EE World add on.

Receiving texts from anyone is free anywhere in the world.
I ask again, what is this "Rest of World"? Do you mean "Text from Anywhere"? That includes sending up to 100 texts a month to UK & nos. in the country where you are.
