Data add on for ipad

I have a data add on for 2GB and 100 texts, apparently, but no message get’s delivered. Not even to 150. No person to talk to. Frustrating. I have an ipad mini.

@ellen65 You can not sent text messages from an iPad. You can only send iMessages and only apple devices will receive these as it’s an iMessages.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
