Regarding product claim

Hello,
I recently purchased the Galaxy S25 Ultra during the Black Friday offer and started the claim process for the promotional Galaxy Tab. I filled out all the required details, but I am unable to complete the claim because the form asks for an image of the delivery package showing the product details.

The problem is that my delivery package did not include any label or sticker displaying the product details that the form is requesting. Because of this, I cannot upload the required image.

Could you please advise how I can proceed with my claim, or let me know if there is an alternative document or image I can upload instead (such as the invoice, order confirmation, or the box itself)?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @dax4

I've just a look at the claim form and you can just upload a document showing a proof of purchase. This would normally be a confirmation email you've received from us, a receipt (if purchased in store) or the delivery note that is in the packaging.

If you don't have any of that documentation, give our customer service guides a call and they can get a proof of purchase document emailed over to you.

Why not provide images of the packing show labels & of the Galaxy S25 box itself?
