I did just as you described and he added it but it’s monthly and NOT the 24 month one that promised so I did not activate it what would be the point. The 24 month gamepass ultimate is pretty much the reason that I went for the package give my own game pass ultimate is expiring in August. I’ve had ps5 pro and Nintendo switch bundles before and they came with the codes so why should Xbox related bundles be any different. Mine is the meta quest Xbox headset and 24 month gamepass bundle. Any help wholeheartedly appreciated thank you

I really couldn't say for sure @Scorpion3000. I know if you buy an Xbox bundle, you'd use the link I mentioned above, but if that says there is nothing to activate, then it is a case of waiting.

No i give up when I click on it says expired I'm fed up of going down to
store there sorted out about a different coad and there sent me same 1
that's no good I spoke to your a number of times too and its still not
sorted out so I don't no now how to sort it out

The third agent I spoke to has sorted out my 24 month game pass ultimate. She sent the link which I activated with Microsoft. On my mobile add one it now says ‘Xbox gpu 24 month bundle, Free until June 30 2027 ‘.In my Xbox account it just says game pass ultimate active purchased from EE/BT. Like I stated it took 3 different calls to different operatives but it was  a lovely lady who was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure I had the 24 months. All I can say is that on this occasion persistence was rewarded but there should be an easier way of doing this, just a bit of information in the bundle about how and when you get the code would really help
