I tried to cancel my scam guard payment but no one replied what should I do now

Welcome to the EE Community

How was it you requested to cancel Scam Guard? You should be able to cancel it by texting STOP SCAMGUARD to 150 from the phone that it is being billed on. 

You should also be able to cancel it in app via Manage> Mobile Add-ons>  Scam Guard> Remove.

Or via the website in Manage> Plans and Subscriptions> Add-ons> Scam Guard> Remove.
