Why am I paying £2.29 every month when I haven't left the UK?? I haven't asked for this add-on so why am I paying for it?

@amierichardson6 : You're not paying for it! It's a free add-on that everyone gets for when they use their phone in the EU. Then they will pay £2.29 on each day that they use any of their allowances there.

Thanks for coming to the community.

The add-on will show on your account, however you will only be charged if you are roaming in the EU and this is a fixed daily payment of £2.29 per day for using your allowance when roaming.
